Osmium Center-Is It Legit Or A Scam?

Welcome to my Osmium Center Review. There has been some vibe about this company called Osmium Center,so I decided to find out what the company was all about and do some research on the company.

You are probably here because you have heard of Osmium Center and want to find out if it is a legit company or a scam.

Here is a detailed review on the company Osmium Center and I would walk you through the Osmium Center company, the compensation plan, the products and the verdict.

Osmium Center Review – The Company

On the Osmium Center website, you won’t find any background information in regards to who owns the company, who’s managing things on the daily, etc.

The domain name for Osmium Center’s site was registered on November 17 of this year, but since it was done privately, there’s no way of knowing where the registration took place or who the owner of the domain is.

I did manage to find a Facebook group for Osmium Center that was created by David Mandison on December 10, seeing as how the David Mandison account was created on the same day, it’s likely that this Mandison figure dines’t really exist.

Something else worth mentioning is that Osmium Center incorporated itself in the United Kingdom on November 21, 2017 as Osmium LTD.

David Mandison is the name used as the Director for the company, and when you combine this with the fact that UK incorporations are dirt cheap to set up, it’s safe to say that Osmium Center doesn’t have any physical presence in the United Kingdom at all.

The company did incorporate in the UK on the 21st of November as Osmium LTD.

The only listed Director for Osmium LTD is David Mandison.

Osmium Center Reviews – The Products

Osmium Center has no retail products or services for affiliates or retail customers.

Affiliates looking to sign up with Osmium Center simply market the company affiliate membership itself.

No goods or services are being marketed or sold to retail customers, and this means that affiliate are left with only the affiliate membership to market and sell to those that are interested in it.

Osmium Center Compensation Plan

Moving on to the compensation plan, affiliates for Osmium Center are told they can earn a daily ROI of 15% for ten days – resulting in a final payout of 150%.

This ROI is obtained by investing real money into Osmium Center, and even more can be earned through referral commissions.

Osmium Center pays referral commissions using a unilevel system, and this allows members to earn 5% on level one recruits and 3% on level two.

Cost To Join Osmium Center

The cost to join Osmium Center as an affiliate is free, although with this free membership affiliates can only earn commissions on referrals made.

If an affiliate wants to fully participate in the business opportunity and the company compensation plan, he or she is required to make a minimum investment of $5.

Is Osmium Center Actually Legit Or A Scam?

Osmium Center is actually legit and not a scam. However to be successful in Osmium Center or any other network marketing company out there it would depend on your lead generation technique, your ability to recruit and your marketing techniques.

Verdict on Osmium Center

On its official website, Osmium Center claims that it’s:

“the holder of shares of large factories producing and processing expensive metals.

We also deal with the purchase and sale of metals themselves.”

However, in reality, there’s no evidence of any of this actually taking place.

The only money that’s definitely making its way into Osmium Center is that of affiliate investments, and as such, newly invested funds get recycled and used to pay ROIs that are owed to other members.

In other words, Osmium Center is a Ponzi scheme.

Once investment/recruitment activity dies down, Osmium Center will be no more. The anonymous admin(s) will earn the lion’s share of what’s invested, and most all affiliates will end up losing out once all is said and done

Hit Coin Trade-Is It Legit Or A Scam?

Welcome to my Hit Coin trade Review. There has been some vibe about this company called Hit Coin,so I decided to find out what the company was all about and do some research on the company.

You are probably here because you have heard of Hit Coin and want to find out if it is a legit company or a scam.

Here is a detailed review on the company Hit coin and I would walk you through the Hit coin company, the compensation plan, the products and the verdict.

Hit Coin Trade Review – The Company

The domain name for the site was registered on November 21, 2017, but since the registration was done privately, it’s impossible to see who the owner is or where in the world it took place.

Something that did catch my attention is that Hit Coin Trade uses its website to claim that it’s a “European trading company based in the United Kingdom.”

This claim is followed up by UK incorporation information, and it’s tied to Hit Coin Trade Limited.

The incorporation for Hit Coin Trade Limited took place on December 1 of this year, and the address found is a residential one in London.

Ellis Davidson is listed as the one and only owner for the company, and try as I did, I was unable to find any outside information on Davidson outside of the mention of his name with the incorporation.

There is currently no info on Davidson aside from what is presented by the company for its incorporation.

It seems that the company is being run by a Russian or is centred out of Russia.

This is likely because when you visit the company website it defaults to Russian, and their national use of rubles for their currency.

There are also Telegram chat groups and Russian social media profiles offered by the company.

Alexa data identified Russia as the main source of traffic to the company website.

Hit Coin Trade Reviews – The Products

Hit Coin Trade has no retail products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.

However, if affiliates wish to sign up with Hit Coin Trade, they can market the company affiliate membership.

The Hit Coin Trade Compensation Plan

Affiliates who want to participate in the company compensation plan are required to sign up and invest into the company.

When investing in the company, affiliates must invest with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USD dollars, or rubles, with the agreement of a ROI at a rate of 124% within a 72-hour time period.

The company offers referral commissions, which are made available on funds invested by downline affiliates and are paid out down to Level 3 of sponsorship (unilevel):

·         Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 8%

·         Levels 2 and 3 – 1%

Cost To Join Hit Coin Trade

The cost to join Hit Coin Trade as an affiliate is free, however these members are only able to earn commissions through referrals.

If a company affiliate wanted to fully participate in the business opportunity and the company compensation plan, he or she is required to make an investment of 0.0003 BTC, 0.006 ETH, $1 USD or 60 rubles at a minimum.

Is Hit Coin Actually Legit Or A Scam?

Hit Coin is actually legit and not a scam. However to be successful in Hitcoin or any network marketing company out there,it would depend on your lead generation technique, your ability to recruit and your marketing techniques.

Verdict on Hit Coin Trade

Hit Coin Trade claims that it can offer its ROI through “cryptocurrency selling”, and part of the company’s website elaborates on this in the following manner:

“We do not just sell on the market cryptocurrency, are engaged in professional traders with extensive experience in the investment market.

For us and our partners Hit Coin Trade has always been associated with reliability.”

In reality, there’s no evidence that any selling activity is taking place.

The only funds that are coming into Hit Coin Trade are that of affiliate investments, and as such, newly invested funds are used to pay ROIs that the company owes to other members.

After doing my research I don’t think this company is 100% legit…

We do not just sell on the market cryptocurrency, are engaged in professional traders with extensive experience in the investment market.

For us and our partners Hit Coin Trade has always been associated with reliability.

Being that the company started up early December, this is a big statement to make…

So, if you were to take a step back, and really look at the company…

It fails one important test, a logic test, a scam test, a math test, well those are several tests, but if you were to do your research and apply just one of those tests you’d see what I’m talking about here…

If the company was working with professional traders and could really make ROI at a rate of 124% for every 72hr period, that would be simply outrageous, and that would also be about 15 000% per year…

So, when the new affiliate sponsorship slows down, that’s when the company will see a slow down in new capital entered on their books as well…

This will put a strain on the company’s ability to pay out ROI earned by its affiliates, which will ultimately end up triggering a company wide lack of funds causing the company to dissolve.

BTC Wait-Is It Legit Or A Scam?

Welcome to my BTC Wait Review. There has been some vibe about this company called Btc Wait,so I decided to find out what the company was all about and do some research on the company.

You are probably here because you have heard of BTC Wait and want to find out if it is a legit company or a scam.

Here is a detailed review on the company Btc Wait and I would walk you through the Btc wait company, the compensation plan, the products and the verdict.

BTC Wait Review – The Company

If you decide to go to the company website for information, there’s nothing posted about the owner or the person running the business.

After a little digging and some research, I found out that the BTC Wait website domain was registered privately as “btcwait.com” on the 7th of November in 2017.

The company was incorporated in the UK on the 17th of November under the name BTC Wait Limited.

The BTC Wait Limited address used to incorporate belongs to a Registered Office, where they offer virtual office services to companies.

The only Director of the company is listed as Zachary Simpson.

My goal is to gather all the facts in one place for you so you can do your research – and it’s all here in my BTC Wait Review.

Is BTC Wait a legit business, or is it a complete scam?

Will I be able to build a business with it?

I tell you all about it in my Review of BTC Wait.

BTC Wait Review – The Products

BTC Wait has no retail products or services for affiliates to buy or sell.

But affiliates whom wish to sign up with BTC Wait can market the company affiliate membership.

No goods or services are being sold to retail customers, and this means that affiliates are left with only the affiliate membership to offer to those that are interested in getting involved with the attached income opportunity.

In my experience, this is a theme that’s only seen with MLM opportunities that exist in the MLM underbelly.

BTC Wait Compensation Plan

Affiliates who want to participate in the company compensation plan need to sign up and invest into the company.

Company affiliates invest capital (funds) on the agreement of promoted ROI (return on investment):

  • Gold Plan – Invest $10 or more and receive a 3% daily ROI for 100 days (300%)
  • VIP Plan – Invest $1000 or more and receive a 7% daily ROI for 35 days (245%)
  • Business Fast Plan – Invest $2000 or more and receive a 10% daily ROI for 15 days (150%)
  • Super VIP Plan – Invest $20 or more and receive an 800% ROI after 40 days
  • Super Silver Plan – Invest $50 or more and receive a 1800% ROI after 70 days

There are referral commissions offered on capital invested by your downline affiliates, which are paid down to Level 4 of sponsorship (in a unilevel team model):

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates up to 500) – 5%
  • Level 1 (sponsor 501 or more affiliates) – 7%
  • Level 1 (sponsor 1001 or more affiliates) – 10%
  • Level 2 – 2%
  • Level 3 – 1%
  • Level 4 – 0.5%

Referral commissions are offered alongside this, and these allow affiliates to earn on recruitment and investment activity within their downline as well.

Affiliates can earn larger and larger percentages as they recruit more people, so there’s a big incentive to focus all of your time on investment and recruiting as many other affiliates as possible.

Cost To Join BTC Wait

The cost to join BTC Wait as an affiliate is free, however these members are only able to earn commissions on a referral basis.

If you’re at all interested in joining BTC Wait, you can initially do so for free. However, in order to earn on referral commissions and the offered ROI, you’ll need to make an investment of at least $10.

Verdict on BTC Wait

In case you couldn’t already tell, BTC Wait is a pretty typical Ponzi scheme that will ultimately see most involved affiliates losing out.

BTC Wait claims that it can offer the ROI due to “unique investment methods”, but there’s absolutely no proof of any “investing” taking place.

The only money that’s actively coming in is that of affiliate investments, and as such, these newly invested funds are actively used to pay ROIs that BTC Wait owes to other members.

I hope you have gained value from my BTC Wait Review.

So, if you are planning on investing with this company be careful, because if the company should fail, those who did invest will most likely lose money.
