Welcome to my BeReal Estate Review. There has been some vibe about this company called Bereal Estate,so I decided to find out what the company was all about and do some research on the company.
You are probably here because you have heard of Bereal Estate and what to find out if it is a legit company or a scam.
Here is a detailed review on the company Bereal Estate and I would walk you through the Bereal Estate company, the compensation plan, the products and the verdict.
BeReal Estate Review
The BeReal Estate website does not provide any information in regards to who owns or operates the company.
I was able to find out that the BeReal Estate website domain was registered privately as “bereal estate” on the 16th of August, 2016.
Going through the rest of the BeReal Estate website, I was able to find three separate corporate address that are presented. Of these three, one is in the United Kingdom, one is in Bulgaria, and the other is in the Netherlands.
Looking specifically at the address found in the UK, this is owned by London Presence. London Presence is a business that sells virtual office address, so it’s very likely that BeReal Estate doesn’t have a physical presence in the country.
Furthermore, there are a host of other brands that are also using the addresses found in Bulgaria and the Netherlands — another sign that BeReal Estate is using these two areas for only the namesake as well.
A quick overview of Alexa rankings for the BeReal Estate website show that the majority of the site’s traffic (37%) comes from India. Following that, India and Slovakia are in second and third place with 17% and 11% respectively.
BeReal Estate Products
BeReal Estate does not have any retail products or services. This results in a setup where affiliates for BeReal Estate have nothing more than the affiliate membership to sell to interested parties, and this also makes it impossible for retail sales activity to take place.
The BeReal Estate Compensation Plan
BeReal Estate affiliates who take part in the compensation plan must invest between €500 and €28,000 EUR for an annual ROI.
· Invest €500 EUR (Room) and receive a €650 EUR ROI
· Invest €1500 EUR (Studio) and receive a €1950 EUR ROI
· Invest €3000 EUR (One Bedroom) and receive a €3900 EUR ROI
· Invest €7000 EUR (Two Bedroom) and receive a €9100 EUR ROI
· Invest €14,000 EUR (Penthouse) and receive an €18,200 EUR ROI
· Invest €28,000 EUR (Villa) and receive a €36,400 EUR ROI
In addition to being able to earn through these direct ROI payments, affiliates can earn even more money by recruiting other individuals to join BeReal Estate and invest their own money as well.
A commission of 20% is paid to the recruiting affiliate if they’re able to enlist more people within their first 20 days of joining the company, and after those 20 days, the recruitment commission goes down to 10%.
Cost To Join BeReal Estate
The cost to join BeReal Estate as an affiliate is an investment between €500 and €84,000 EUR:
If you’d like to join BeReal Estate for whatever reason, you’ll need to make a minimum investment of at least 500 EUR.
It’s worth noting that BeReal Estate does also affiliates to join the company for free, but this free membership only allows you to earn on binary and referral commission — not the direct ROI or recruitment commissions.
There is a free membership option that is available, but the details about what and how they earn commissions is unclear.
Is BeReal Estate Actually Legit Or A Scam?
Is Bereal Estate a scam, or can you make a legit business with it?
To be honest, I am not sure Bereal Estate is a complete scam.
At the time of publication the BeReal Estate website claims the company has 53 “projected rental properties in our network”, whatever that means.
Naturally there is no proof provided of BeReal Estate renting out any property, much the less any such rental revenue is tied to affiliate ROI payouts.
All depictions of real estate provided on the BeReal Estate website are stock images.
Furthermore the company’s business model doesn’t pass the Ponzi logic test.
If the BeReal Estate admin(s) are/were able to generate an annual ROI of 130% or more (ROI payouts for the €56,000 and €84,000 packages are not provided), why would they be anonymously soliciting funds from affiliates?
And if you throw in recruitment and binary commissions, there’s not really much to left to lease properties and pay ROIs with.
Conclusion on BeReal Estate
They claim that they purchase these properties and rent them out for a profit, which provides “great returns.
The only identifiable source of income that’s making its way into BeReal Estate is that of affiliate investments. These investment funds are then used to pay the ROIs being offered to members, and this turns BeReal Estate into just another Ponzi scheme.
Plus, when you add on the fact that affiliates are also paid to recruit other members, you’re looking at a particularly nasty Ponzi/pyramid scheme hybrid.
Similar to all other scams along these lines, BeReal Estate will only be around as long as people continually join the opportunity and dump huge piles of cash into it. Once this activity eventually dies down, so too will BeReal Estate.
However, nowhere on their site does it provide any proof that the company actual holds these properties…
And to raise even more red flags, the images of the properties on their site are stock images…
There are no real products or services that affiliates can get their hands on…
Everything is based on recruiting more affiliates who also invest in these “properties.
My advice think if it is a good fit for you before joining.
