Ionicoin-Is It Legit Or A Scam?

Welcome to my Ionicoin Review. There has been some vibe about this company called Ionicoin,so I decided to find out what the company was all about and do some research on the company.

You are probably here because you have heard of Ionicoin and what to find out if it is a legit company or a scam.

Here is a detailed review on the company Ionicoin and I would walk you through the Ionicoin company, the compensation plan, the products and the verdict.

IoniCoin Review – The Company

IoniCoin does not provide any information on their website about who owns or operates the business.

There are 3 contact points offered on the IoniCoin website in Bulgaria, Germany and the UK, but only email addresses and phone numbers are given.

The IoniCoin website domain was registered as “ionicoin.com” on the 8th of April, 2017, and lists Amsters Clark as the owner, with an address in Birmingham, UK.

IoniCoin claims to be a “registered investment bank”.

Ionicoin Digital Currency LTD is an investment bank registered with the number: 10718847 which was incorporated on 10 April 2017.

Ionicoin Digital Currency LTD has sic code: 64110 – Central banking.

While it is in fact true that IoniCoin Digital Currency LTD was incorporated in the UK on the 10th of April, the designated business categories of “Central banking” and “Banks” doesn’t actually meant that IoniCoin is a registered investment bank in the UK.

To be considered a registered investment bank, it would require registration with the Financial Conduct Authority.

Although it is true that IoniCoin was incorporated in the United Kingdom on April 10, that doesn’t mean that the company is a legit or certified investment bank in the country. Achieving this would require IoniCoin to be registered with the Financial Conduct Authority, and a quick look through the FCA’s database will show that there isn’t any such registration for IoniCoin Digital Currency LTD.

The one and only director for IoniCoin is listed as being Amsters Clark, and his profile on the company website also shows that same virtual address over in Birmingham.

I wasn’t able to find any info on Clark outside of the IoniCoin website, and when you combine this with the fact that the address being used is of the virtual nature, it’s very likely that the Amsters Clark that IoniCoin is describing doesn’t really exist.

Other than the company’s incorporation documents, there is no other information about Amsters Clark.

The company website is hosted in Romania, which is south of Bulgaria.

IoniCoin Review– The Products

IoniCoin does not have any retail products or services to offer affiliates or retail customers.

Affiliates who sign up with IoniCoin can only market the affiliate membership.

 IoniCoin Compensation Plan

IoniCoin affiliates looking to take part in the company compensation plan must invest up to $10,000 for a daily ROI:

To go along with these direct ROI payments, affiliates for IoniCoin can also earn a 12% referral commission that’s funded by money invested through personally recruited affiliates.

A binary system is also used to pay out residual referral commissions, and as with most other binary systems, the one here works by having points added to each side of it whenever money is invested into IoniCoin.

Affiliates earn 10% of matched invested funds on both sides of the binary team at the end of every week.

Cost To Join IoniCoin

The cost to join IoniCoin as an affiliate is free, but free affiliates can only earn referral commissions for reffering other people.

Is IoniCoin Actually Legit Or A Scam?

IoniCoin is actually legit and not a scam.Like most network marketing companies out there. It would depend on your lead generation technique, your ability to recruit and your marketing techniques in any business opportunity.

Verdict on IoniCoin

Ionicoin  is a global trading platform for companies trading bitcoin. We re an innovative and practical trading platform.”

However, to absolutely nobody’s surprise, there isn’t any proof that this bitcoin trading is honestly taking place.

The only money that IoniCoin is getting is whatever affiliates choose to invest into it.

But the only way to continue having consistent income is by constantly recruiting new people.

The only money that IoniCoin is getting is whatever affiliates choose to invest into it.

These funds are then turned around and used to cover the direct ROI payments, and with this taking place, IoniCoin turns into a Ponzi scheme.

Like you find with all other Ponzi schemes, IoniCoin will be on its way out the door once people stop joining and dumping money into the operation.

So, if you are thinking about joining this company, just make sure you keep that in mind…
